WRITER'S
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
Thank you for your interest in writing for our publication. We hope the following guidelines help you to submit your work with ease.
1) Suggested length: 500 words and up. Any length articles considered for either printed version or website version.
2) Suggested formats: a) Send to us via email in any straight text format as an attached file to your cover letter, b) send on a IBM 3.5 floppy disk along with a hard copy, c) mail a hard copy, double spaced for editing. Mail to Single Again Magazine, c/o Publisher or Editor, 1237 Crescendo Drive, Roseville, CA 95678. Email address is editor@singleagain.com. Please do not fax an unrequested copy or submission.
3) Photos requested: We gladly accept your personal photos (head shots) to use with your articles whenever appropriate. We must however keep any file you send on file, so please send only those you do not need back. Photos sent via email as jpeg files appreciated.
4) Editing by Single Again: We reserve the right to edit any article or submission to the magazine. Any works requiring major editing will be discussed with the author/originator prior to publication.
5) On-line version only: We reserve the right to publish submissions on the on-line version of the magazine without promise to print in the regular printed version of Single Again Magazine/Newsletter. Space is often limited, and much more costly in the printed version.
6) Biographical information: Along with your submission, provide us with your biographical information that we will edit and include with your article. If you are a professional or businessperson and would like response from the articles to come directly to you, be sure to list your email address, telephone numbers you wish to be used and any other information for your final paragraph.
7) Contents of articles and submissions: Simply put, write from the heart and use your best judgment. Chances are if the information is timely and/or relevant it may be used. We look for depth, sincerity and usefulness of the information.
8) Return Envelope and Postage: If you want your work returned you must supply an adequate envelope and the correct full postage for us to do so. Most responses will be completed within 6 weeks.
9) Payment: We do not offer payment at this time, however, we do offer a huge readership via our website. Your works could be read by thousands every week. If your submissions are used in the printed version you will receive the first 6 copies free, with any other copies offered at a reduced price of the cover price.

You retain reprint rights after your work is published by Single Again.
This enables you to also promote your work without being restricted by
any agreements with Single Again. Also, we will not authorize the publication
of any of your works. Our goal is to help as many writers develop their
careers as possible, helping them to receive payment for their works.
By providing the initial writing venue, along with primary editing services,
everyone will benefit.
