Former addict discovers the importance of listening to the inner voice
At the age of 17, Larrein Trudeau, author of SPIRIT KNOWS,
was pregnant and a few years later turned to alcohol, valium and librium

Trudeau went through before finally seeking help. "When the inner
directive is not followed, an uninspired live ensues," says Trudeau,
who was certified as a counselor from the British Columbia Alcohol and
Drug Program. She counsels in her spiritual community and is well known
in recovery programs.
"The wounds of the past can be a source of strength and a lost path can be rediscovered," says Trudeau. "There is nothing more important than the inner voice."
